Insightus Digital was originally founded in 2018 by John Poluse, a Harvard Business School Alumnus, and Winston Dsouza, a digital marketing stalwart.
Since then we have grown into a leading full-service digital solutions company.

He is the founder and the cerebrum, the intellect behind Insightus Digital.
An alumnus of Harvard Business School with over 20 years of hands-on experience and palpable success in building and scaling businesses seamlessly.
John is an author with Bookboon Learning, creating audiobooks, podcasts and webinars for the global audience.
He is an Entrepreneurial leader, strategic planner, and business executive skilled in implementing viable business solutions.
Winston D’souza
With more than a decade’s expertise in Digital Marketing, Winston specialises in 360 degree digital marketing.
He has worked with brands in EdTech, Real Estate, BFSI, Health care, Apparel, SaaS to name a few for Branding and Performance campaigns, with the goal of increasing conversions, repeat customers, and LTV subsequently delivering high ROI.
Winston is adept at problem-solving and authentic in the mentorship role that he plays astutely well.
His agile thinking and excellent relationship management skills allow him to demonstrate his role as an Entrepreneur.
